The Ners program is a continuation of Bachelor of Nursing course. It is a 1 year (2 semesters) program, full time clinical practice at the hospital. The program comprises 36 credit points of study.
Graduates are expected to have the competence in planning and managing workforce under their responsibility and evaluating their subordinate workforce comprehensively by utilizing available information and technology to produce actions to develop strategic organization. They are also expected to be competent in problem-solving activities using mono-discipline approach. In addition, graduates are also expected to be able to conduct research and take strategic decisions with accountability and responsibility. The Ners qualification covers the application of nursing skills and knowledge also management skills required to be eligible for registration with the Nursing Board of Indonesia. Nursing is a noble and rewarding career choice that will allow you to help and work with people of all ages in a wide variety of settings around the world; from health services in hospitals, clinics and public health centers, within your own community, humanitarian work and disaster relief in an international setting, Nurses play a crucial role in health-care services globally.
